Letter From the President
Spring is just around the corner and the Chamber has already begun planning. Visit our webpage at www.ewillowgrove.com and check out our calendar of events.
If you are a member of the Chamber and want to have your event listed on our events calendar just call the office with your information.
We want to include you in our community notices and events.
Our Welcome Basket Program continues to be a success and will always be a FREE service to our Chamber members. Other chambers are charging a $100 fee for this service. Any business member may place an advertising item in our baskets which go out to all newhouseholds and businesses every quarter. Each welcome basket is hand delivered. We are in need of new items to put in our baskets. I can’t think of better way to advertise your business. Pens, refrigerator magnets, coffee mugs, calendars etc. are examples of our giveaway items.
You may have noticed the construction on York Road across from the Dairy Queen. The student housing project is well on its way.
Preliminary plans for the new Super WaWa have been approved. More work needs to be done before actual construction gets underway.
Other projects and developments can be found on the township’s website. You can access their site through ewillowgrove.com by Clicking the “Resources” key / Upper Moreland Twp.
Having a sale or a new business promotion? Remember that any member in good standing can place an ad on our front page and have 2 email blasts in a month for a small set up fee of $35. Call the office for details or visit our web page.
We need your help in finding new members for the Chamber. If you know of anyone who is interested please direct them to our office on Davisville Road. 215 657 2652 or This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .
The goal of the new Board of Directors of the Willow Grove Chamber of Commerce is to have total and open communication with our residents, businesses and civic leaders. This communication will be the key to our success in years ahead. We are all working together to strengthen and improve our community.
